In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our websites, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
“Personal data” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by reference to a certain identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific elements of that natural person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
I. Processing of Personal Data
- A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. This primarily includes:
Identification data (first name, last name), as well as your telephone number and email address.- For what purpose?
We will use this information to contact you for further arrangements regarding the goods and services. - On what legal basis?
This involves processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or negotiations about a contract. - How long will we process your personal data?
If we do not enter into any further cooperation, we will process your data for no longer than 5 years from our last communication.

- B. Processing of Personal Data in the Event of a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide. These are mainly identification or billing details: first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address.- For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact information about the status of your order, as well as about complaints or any questions you may have.
Furthermore, we will process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle claims, among others). - On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This involves processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation. - How long will we process your personal data?
For as long as we provide our service and subsequently for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news and updates.- On what legal basis?
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you did not opt out when making your purchase. - How long will we process your personal data?
For 10 years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by sending us an email or by contacting us at info@lumissio.com.

II. Who Will Have Access to the Data?
Your data will remain with us. However, certain companies or other persons work for us and may have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These include:
- The operator of the Upgates e-shop platform (EVici webdesign s.r.o., with registered office at Petra Bezruče 139, 747 91 Štítina, Company ID No.: 28598661, registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Entry 33912)
- Companies involved in shipping goods, in particular Česká pošta, s.p., Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s. r. o., Zásilkovna s.r.o., General Logistics Systems Czech Republic s.r.o., PPL CZ s.r.o., depending on the choice of carrier by the customer
- Companies involved in processing payments: GOPAY s.r.o., with its registered office at Planá 67, 370 01, Planá, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 26046768
- Provider of email marketing services
- A marketing agency
We process personal data only within the territory of the European Union.

V. Your Rights in Connection with the Processing of Personal Data
The GDPR grants you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information on which of your personal data we process, to request access to such data and have it updated or corrected, or possibly to request that we restrict processing. You may request a copy of the processed personal data, request that we erase personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on a legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or to bring your claims to court.
These conditions are effective as of April 1, 2025.
